Returns, Delivery & Refunds Policy
Returns
At Petals we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. Petals ensure only the freshest and highest quality flowers are used in our arrangements. Therefore please note that flower products will not be eligible for return due to their perishable nature.
Delivery
You are able to order for same day delivery, provided you place your order before 10:00.
Our deliveries take place between 12:00 and 17:00 each day, Monday to Friday and between 10.00 and 12.00 Saturday and Sunday.
If you request a delivery for outside of our current delivery areas, we may be able to fulfil this at an additional fee.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Refund Policy for Out-of-Area Orders
If an order is placed for delivery outside of our designated delivery area, we will process a refund within 30 days of receiving your refund request. Please be aware that a 25% handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a R50 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Petals at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery. Cancellations received after the applicable period stated above (ea. if delivery is on the same day) are void. You may opt for the full refund value to be issued in a form of a gift voucher to avoid administrative fee.
Cancellation of Paid Orders
Please note that should you wish to cancel an order you already paid for, no refunds will be done. Instead, a credit note shall be issued, which will be valid for a year from the date of issue.
